Customised Products

Personalised products are made specially for you using your photos and selected options.
Because of this, custom products are not eligible for return or exchange.

However, if you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A manufacturing defect
  • An incorrect item

Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll assist you promptly.


Non-Custom Products

Non-personalised products are eligible for return or exchange.

Conditions:

  • Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact

Once approved, replacement or refund will be processed as per our policy.


Important Notes

  • Minor colour variation due to screen and print differences is not considered a defect
  • Damage caused by misuse or incorrect application is not covered
  • Customisation errors after order confirmation are not eligible for return
